Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Vital2Health's website. These terms and
conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you print out these terms and conditions for
future reference.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT but exclude delivery. Payment must be made by a major
credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are
all subject to availability and may change at anytime prior to receiving full payment for your order.
Payment Methods
On the order you must supply your exact billing address and telephone number (the details you gave to
the card company). If there is a difference there may be a delay in processing your order. We accept
most major credit cards. Orders are processed when authorization of your credit/debit card has been
received. We accept payment by cheque or postal orders but the goods will not be dispatched until the
payment has cleared. An invoice for the goods will be sent to your address - this will act as your proof
of purchase.
Typographical errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to errors we have the right to refuse or cancel any order
where the pricing is in error regardless if an order has been placed. Any charges made to a credit card will
be refunded to the same card to the value of the incorrect price.
